I always ask myself that is it a good idea to buy an old townhouse then renovate by myself? The renovation has been on and off for more than 2 years, and it is still ongoing. For sure it saves a lot of money by DIY but really takes time, and the worst part is you feel you are living in a construction site.

The renovation still has about 10% to be finished and I hope I can get it done this summer.
